I am sending this to as many senators as i can. Thank you for taking the time to read this.


As an EXTREMELY skilled craftsmen, building custom homes in the Tampa Bay Area for over twenty years, it is becoming harder and harder to just break even anymore. You see, we are losing even our "skilled labor" jobs to all this "ILLEGAL" (i want to stress that word) immigration. Why? The builders don't care who is doing the work, just so they are the cheapest. Guess who that is? They are NOT held to the same strict guidelines as we are (the LEGAL residents). Now, who is to blame here? The builder, you say, no? If he wouldn't hire them, they wouldn't take our jobs. WRONG! You see, there are a whole bunch of small business owners out there who will take the chance and put these aliens to work. They hold the license, the builder pays them (LEGALLY) he then turns and pays his "employees" cash. He makes tons of money cheating the system. So, it must be the small business owners fault. WRONG AGAIN! If the illegals weren't here, he would have to hire AMERICANS, thus we would ALL be on a level playing field again. GREED is the ultimate issue, but if these jerks weren't here ILLEGALLY, the problem goes away entirely. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!!!! PERIOD!!! They have taken enough food away from my children and grandchildren already. I really don't understand the thought process here..... Why even consider letting them stay? HAVE THEY NOT ALREADY BROKEN THE LAW? Of course they have!! They entered MY country ILLEGALLY! And quite frankly, i'm PISSED! They broke the laws of MY country already, therefore, if YOU vote to let them stay, you are SOFT on crime....No? You would vote to let millions of PROVEN criminals stay in OUR country? This is SUPPOSED to be a government "of THE PEOPLE, by THE PEOPLE and for THE PEOPLE!" All i see is a bunch of babies fighting over their favorite toys. THIS IS OUR COUNTRY!!!!! SEND THEM BACK NOW! oh yeah, just build the damn wall before we get vaporized by a nuke that comes in from Mexico. God knows if they can run BILLIONS of dollars of drugs, and TRUCK LOADS (literally) of ILLEGAL ALIENS across, they can SURELY get a few nukes through, NO?!!! If that doesn't make sense to you, then i suppose we should just invite Bin Laden over for peace talks...That should work out REAL good. And for God's sake, make sure we stay in Iraq as long as we are needed. Can you not see the chaos that would ensue? Iran would certainly waste NO time at all sweeping in and taking over. Have you forgotten that they were at war with each other for like twelve years?Think Iran might want to "expand" a little bit? I can't believe the nonsensical bunch of crap that is going on in Washington. I am flat out embarrassed to be an American. WHY? Because of all the political bull shi* surrounding this war, NOT because we are there, but because no one in Washington has the stones to do the right thing. STOP BEING POLITICIANS, and START BEING AMERICANS!!!!!!! Make us PROUD of Washington!!! It makes me want to puke when i hear things like "this war is already lost" coming from these people! GIVE OUR BRAVE VOLUNTEERS WHATEVER THEY NEED TO WIN, then, and only then, bring them home.....VICTORIOUS!!!! You know what is right, and you now represent our founding fathers....DO NOT EVER FORGET THEM. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING!

The man that caused this accident had a blood alcohol level 3 times the legal limit. No surprise then that he is also an illegal alien from Mexico!

A boy is dead and his mom severely injured when their car is hit and runs into a moving train.

It was almost midnight on a dark road in Pasco County, a mile east of the Zephyrhills city limits, when Heather Eres pulled up to the railroad tracks.

Her 8-year-old son, Kevin Bryant, was in the seat next to her. They were on their way to Eres' mom's house in Wesley Chapel, where they'd been living since fall. They had driven around 20 miles out here Thursday night to visit Eres' youngest son, 3-year-old James, who lives part-time with another family. Eres' family members said she was supposed to bring him home. They don't know why she didn't.

Now they're just glad he wasn't in the car.

It's lonely and black out here, on County Road 54 just east of Forbes Road; few cars on the road, all woods and quiet, the lights from town miles up ahead. As the CSX train sped past, the guardrail was down, the red lights flashing. Another car drove up fast behind Eres' Mitsubishi Montero.

Eli Alvarez, a 26-year-old Zephyrhills man driving a 2007 Toyota Tundra truck, slammed into the rear of the SUV.

The impact shoved Eres' car through the crossing gate and into the train, which had two locomotives and 52 rail cars. It was headed to Tampa with a shipment of automobiles for sale.

Her SUV crumpled against the 14th rail car and burst into flames.

A heroic passerby pulled Eres and Kevin from the burning, twisted metal. Kevin was dead. Eres was badly injured, as was Alvarez. Emergency workers and deputies showed up. The anonymous man then left before anyone could talk to him.

The Florida Highway Patrol would like to find him. Eres' family would, as well, to thank him. Anyone with information is asked to call Cpl. Kenny Ratcliff with the Highway Patrol toll-free at 1-800- 235-6019.

Alvarez's condition was not known. Charges are pending against him, said Larry Coggins, FHP spokesman. Coggins would not say what charges or if alcohol or drug use is suspected. Investigators are waiting for lab results.

Alvarez moved here recently from North Carolina. But the address given for him in Zephyrhills is a vacant duplex. A neighbor said no one has lived there for a month.

As of Friday evening, Eres was still at St. Joseph's Hospital. Her lung is punctured, her left orbital bone fractured, as well as several other bones in her body. She has cuts all over and a deep one across her chest, her heart. She is still unconscious.

She doesn't know her son is dead.
